Susan | Life is a gift | Senior Portraits

It was the perfect day when we did Susan’s senior portraits, early in the spring right when the cherry trees are blooming.  Susan is super chill and laid back, I love how comfortable and relaxed she was in front of the camera.  I know it can be a little indimidating when the camera is pointed your direction.  I am not that fond of having my own pictures taken, I guess that is why I am behind the camera!  Anyhow, Susan totally outdid herself for these portraits, I love them!

Grace | Life is a smile | senior portraits

Grace has the most amazing skin and the cutest dimple too!  We had a lot of fun talking about future plans, and her mom shared her experiences as a cinematographer, how cool!  Grace’s parents are so supportative, letting her decide what she want s to do in her future that will make her happiest.  It is nice to have parents that understand, sometimes it takes a little while to figure out what to do with your life.  When I was in elementary shool I wanted to be a veterinarian or a florist, then next came my obsession with becoming an animal behavior specialist and living in the jungle with monkeys….well somehow (by my junior year in college!) I figured it all out and here I am today!  I am glad I was able to explore and find what was right for me.  It seems like everyone wants you to have it all set in stone your senior year, which can be good, but some people (me) need time to get it all right.  I guess the most important thing to say would be just continue your education and you will find the right path in time.

Jul | Life is the ultimate adventure | senior portraits

Jul is one tough chick, she is the goalie on her soccer team.  But underneath it all she is a little girly-girl too.  Look how she rocked her super cute cocktail dress, she even had a hair stylist for a little something special.  On a side note, all seniors are welcome to bring their own hair stylists to get ready for their session.  If you want to do this, just be sure to let me know so I can schedule a little extra time.  The extra time is so worth it, I mean these are your senior portraits and you want the experience to be memorable and feel beautiful.  Back to Jul…yeah she is awesome and we had so much fun, she was only a little itty bit late to soccer practice.

Kyla | Life is unpredictable | senior portraits

Kyla has the most beautiful eyes!  It was the first thing I noticed about her and I couldn’t stop looking!  Just the bluest of blues.  Well, she also has a great personality to back those eyes up, and we had a super time at her session.

Alex | Life is exciting | senior portraits

Another guy, yes that’s right.  Alex was so great to work with, and his mom was so sweet!  We checked out a couple new spots, and found some fresh grafitti too.
